浙江金正大律师事务所创立于1992年4月28日，是浙江省首家由辞职律师组合而成的合作制律师事务所，现经浙江省司法厅批准,已改制为合伙制事务所,是浙江省历史最悠久、最具影响力的大型律师事务所之一。主任戴毅，事务所有专职律师及律师助理、行政辅助人员30余人，办公场所500多平方米，环境舒适，办公条件优越。
本所成立以来，注重专业分工，着力吸纳一批懂法律、懂经济、懂科技、懂外语的高素质人才加盟。已先后设立建筑房地产、公司法、金融、知识产权、涉外经济等法律专业部，形成了服务门类齐全、专业化程度高的法律服务体系。执业律师中不少人具有经济师、会计师、工程师及企业法律顾问等任职资格，并在省律协建筑房地产业务委员会、市律协业务委员会、省法学会中担任职务，能提供优质、高效、专业的法律服务。
本所历来注重法学理论的学习与探索。事务所每月组织律师业务学习，积极参加各级律协组织的律师业务理论研讨会，共有三十余人次在各类评审中获奖，其中在华东地区律师理论实务研讨会上获奖三次。

About Us:
Zhejiang Jinzhengda Law Firm was established on April 28, 1992. We are the first partnership law firm in Zhejiang province that is created by full-time licensed attorneys. Now, we have become one of the largest and most influential law firms in Zhejiang province. Our director, Mr. Dai Yi, together with about thirty other full-time lawyers, lawyer assistants and administration assistants in total, works at an office with more than five hundred square meters.
